About Dummies Vs Noobs:
I have played for about an hour now. It is a fun little game to blow off steam and have a laugh. As of writing this there are five types of NPCs you can kill: 1800s Chinese guy, 1970s pimp, crash test dummy, skeleton, and my personal favorite Nikola Tesla. With the latest update came the Killdozer, it’s a bit limited in its scope, you can only run over the dummies. You cannot use the the blade bucket to squish the NPCs. It is still a blast to drive, just stay out of the Hardware store 😛 I look forward to whatever demented stuff the developer will add in the future. Personally I’m hoping for roller coasters, gallows, ovens, journalists, and people in pajamas. Pick it up if you’re into goofy gory humor.Destruction Dummies is less a game and more of a glorified tech demo. And that’s…fine, I guess? It doesn’t bill itself as a deep experience. It tells you outright that it offers ragdoll violence and mutilation with no goals. Sure, it says you’re doing “experiments”, but that’s a thin excuse to dump you into the sandbox with no further end goal, beyond mutilating virtual people. But then again, the game doesn’t pretend it’s anything other than violence and mutilation for violence and mutilation’s sake.
