About Find The Memes:
This game is a great example of how people say you get what you pay for, as this was the “seven-dollarest” horror game I’ve played thus far. Attempts to provide suspense are drowned out by the multitude of jump scares. The story is interesting at best, but very lackluster. With extremely little direction, I found myself often walking back and forth to try and figure out whether I was missing a movement trigger or an item trigger, with very little attempt by the developer at hiding these triggers into the game play. At some points it felt like he may as well put bright red beams instead of invisible beams to trigger progression in the game, as it would not have made a difference in the suspense or the story line. The only thing this game has going for it is its price tag. For a few bucks its a decent enough way to make an hour pass by. All this being said, a game like this still takes a lot of work. I hope to see better productions from EMIKA in the future. The game was so atmospheric. The soundtrack was disturbing as hell. The game may seem to be a ‘typical horror experience’ but the story is actually really dark. Eveyrything will make sense by the end. It is very short but it doesn’t matter. You should definitelly play this even if you aren’t a fan of the horror genre. I loved it!
