About Word Bomb:
So far has been an interesting game. However, I don’t understand why gliding doesn’t exist in this game? Like if you run out of fuel half a kilometer from the airfield, your pilot won’t even try to glide the plane to an airfield 200m away but he’ll just nosedive to the ground. Like literally, I crashed on the tip of the airfield cause my plane ran out of fuel and suddenly started going down at a 70° slope. Even if you press “emergency landing” it’ll still nosedive, which defeats the whole purpose of emergency landing.Got this for free during a giveaway, and it seems like it would be fun if it had a pause button. Too much is going on all at the same time, and the plane is bumping all over the place, making even something as simple as moving the bomber back and forth from the bomber/front gunner seat kind of a pain. The slowdown helps a little bit, but it isn’t enough. Great game through and through. Graphics wise, its not a looker, but its a simple style that’ll get you focused on the gameplay. Despite many of the reviews on how difficult the campaign seems, I had no trouble at all completing it. Although it was likely due to my tendencies of over-leveling, it should be a testament to how the game can provide both a challenging and relaxing experience depending on your play-style. All in all, quite the engaging game with no commitment required. Thanks for the thoroughly enjoyable time in service. P.S. I died only twice, somehow in a row, to lightning, on the 1st and 2nd tries of the final campaign mission. Completed it on 3rd try though xP.
